Return & Refund Policy

We follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Eligible Returns (Damaged Items Only):

- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- Customers must provide a clear 360-degree unboxing video as proof, starting from the sealed package to the damaged product.
- The video must be continuous and unedited.

2. Non-Eligible Cases:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Size, color, or preference issues
- Minor variations in product appearance
- Delay in delivery
- Any other reasons apart from physical damage

3. Claim Process:

- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share the 360-degree unboxing video along with order details.
- Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Important Note:

- Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be considered.
- The company reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
